About the Role: Laundry Attendant

As our Laundry Attendant, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Your Impact - As a Laundry Attendant, you play an essential role in creating a positive guest experience by ensuring linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry are clean, fresh, and ready for use. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality help maintain the hotel's high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service. Through your work behind the scenes, you directly contribute to guest satisfaction and overall success of the hotel.

What You’ll Be Doing -

You will be responsible for sorting, washing, drying, folding, and stocking hotel linens, towels, robes, and employee uniforms to ensure a consistent supply of clean items throughout the hotel. You will inspect laundry for stains, damage, and items requiring rewash, pre-treat stained items, and report discarded or damaged linens to management. You will maintain a clean and safe laundry area, monitor the proper operation of laundry equipment, clean dryer lint traps, and report any equipment issues.
