£14.00 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Newstaff Milton Keynes has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative looking to take the next step in their career, or for an existing Warehouse Supervisor seeking a new challenge within a fast-paced distribution business based in Milton Keynes.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with a growing company that values hard work, initiative, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Using internal computer systems to input customer details
• Printing labels and preparing shipments
• Chasing customer invoices and supporting administrative tasks
• Using pick sheets to accurately fulfil orders
• Pulling cages and preparing pallets for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Supporting colleagues and assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations
• Helping to coordinate workflow and ensure operational efficiency

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous warehouse experience
• Have supervisory experience or be ready to progress into a supervisory role
• Be confident using a PC and warehouse systems
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
• Be proactive and able to think outside the box when solving problems
• Be reliable, hardworking, and willing to support other team members when required
