Junior B2B Account Manager

Established in 2021, 3 Oaks Gaming is a fast-growing distributor of high-quality slot games and marketing tools for regulated markets across the globe. We are driven to provide the best experience for players, incorporating an engaging math balancing and unique promo tool mechanics.

We have big plans for the future. 

We are currently licensed and regulated by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission, and have growth plans that include acquiring licenses in Argentina, Bulgaria, Canada, Greece, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, and the UK in the near future. 

Our games are currently certified in Bulgaria, Colombia, Georgia, the Isle of Man, Italy, Romania, and Sweden, and we have plans to extend these certifications in  South Africa. 

To get there, we need a great team behind us to help us develop in this next phase of our growth. 

We are looking for a driven and passionate Junior B2B Account Manager to join our team in the Bratislava office or remotely (Ukraine).

Requirements

• Previous experience in the iGaming industry in roles such as Customer Support, Casino Coordinator, Compliance Coordinator, or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel, Jira, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Ukrainian is required. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Experience working with customers and understanding their business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage day-to-day tasks.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a curious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily communication with partners under the supervision of the B2B Partnership Manager.

• Coordinating collaboration between partners and internal company teams to achieve established revenue targets, business objectives, and KPIs.
• Supporting and developing trusted relationships with partners while contributing to the optimization of their operations around the company’s gaming solutions.
• Ensuring timely handling of partner requests and coordinating their effective resolution.
• Advising partners on the functionality of the company’s products, new releases, and available promotional opportunities.
• Assisting in the planning and coordination of promotional activities together with the B2B Partnership Manager and Promo Managers.
• Monitoring partners’ compliance with agreed marketing and promotional activities on a monthly basis.
• Preparing regular reports for partners, as well as internal documentation and supporting materials.
• Participating in industry exhibitions, conferences, and other events on behalf of 3 Oaks Gaming, as required.

You will work closely with: 

Our B2B Partnership Managers and Squad Lead based in Slovakia, as well as the Head of Account Management, who will also line manage this role.
