Why This Role Matters

We are seeking dedicated Lawn Care Technicians who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in creating healthy, well‑maintained landscapes, and thrive as part of a team committed to excellence. In this role, you will help deliver high‑quality lawn care and maintenance services that directly shape the appearance and health of our clients’ properties. Your work plays a key role in customer satisfaction, ensuring every lawn is cared for with precision, professionalism, and pride. As a member of our lawn care team, you’ll develop your technical skills while contributing to a company that values quality, safety, and exceptional customer service. Travel time to the job site and all hours worked on-site are paid, though return travel to the shop is not compensated.

What Success Looks Like

  • Perform routine lawn care services, including mowing, trimming, edging, aeration, overseeding, and sod‑related maintenance
  • Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and disease control treatments using spray rigs, spreaders, and other application equipment
  • Follow detailed treatment programs and application schedules to ensure proper timing, coverage, and product usage
  • Inspect properties to identify lawn health issues such as weeds, insects, diseases, bare spots, or irrigation concerns
  • Calibrate, operate, and maintain spray equipment, spreaders, and lawn care tools to ensure accurate and safe application
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to chemical handling, mixing, storage, and application
  • Communicate professionally with customers on-site, explaining services performed and offering basic recommendations
  • Document services completed, materials used, and site conditions using company forms or mobile applications
  • Monitor weather conditions and adjust application timing or techniques to protect turf health and ensure effective treatments
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing products, tools, and equipment on service vehicles and in storage areas
  • Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of vehicles and equipment, reporting issues promptly
  • Support teammates and supervisors with special projects such as renovations, seeding, or corrective treatments

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in landscaping, lawn care, or related outdoor maintenance
  • Strong work ethic and personal pride in creating well‑maintained landscapes
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
  • Experience operating lawn care equipment and safely handling trucks with 17–21 ft. trailers
  • Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if required
  • Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
  • Must pass drug screening
  • For driving roles: clean driving record (3 years) and DOT medical exam
