We're looking for a Global Benefit's Manager to lead the administration and operational delivery of global employee benefits programs to ensure compliance, accuracy, and a consistent employee experience aligned with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements across multiple markets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead the day-to-day administration of global employee benefits programs, such as health and welfare, retirement and pension arrangements, statutory and supplemental leave programs, and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring accurate enrollment, eligibility management, and issue resolution across regions.
• Provide oversight and direction to benefits team members on program execution, escalations, service delivery standards, and adherence to global governance frameworks.
• Lead coordination and governance of global benefits renewals across markets, ensuring alignment to financial objectives, compliance requirements, market competitiveness, and organizational strategy.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements across jurisdictions (for example, health coverage mandates, pension regulations, social insurance requirements, leave legislation, tax treatment of benefits, and data privacy laws).
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and external vendors to support timely deductions, funding processes, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and cross-border compliance obligations.
• Oversee global benefits administration platforms and related systems, including configuration governance, data integrity, system enhancements, access controls, and vendor performance management.
• Partner with HR Technology and Payroll teams to ensure accurate tracking, integration, and governance of benefits data within global HRIS platforms, including reporting controls, audit readiness, and data standardization.

• Oversee vendor relationships across multiple countries, including performance management, service-level monitoring, renewal execution, contractual alignment, and coordination of implementations or program changes.
• Monitor global benefits operations performance, including service levels, error rates, audit findings, employee inquiries, and process efficiency metrics, and implement scalable process improvements and internal controls where needed.
• Support global annual benefits cycles, such as open enrollment periods, statutory updates, and employee communications, ensuring a consistent employee experience while accommodating local market requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of global benefits policies, procedures, controls, and governance standards to support compliance, risk mitigation, and audit readiness.
• Provide reporting and analysis on program participation, cost trends, vendor performance, utilization patterns, and financial impact across regions to inform strategic planning and leadership decision-making.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.

• Decisions may have an impact on work processes and outcomes. Erroneous decisions or recommendations may result in serious delays and considerable expenditure of additional time, people and/or financial resources.

Qualifications
• Typical experience: 8+ years in related role or experience including 2+ years in management.
• Actual experience may vary depending on role complexity, geography, and internal development opportunities or a comparable mix of training, education, and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in benefits administration within a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience supervising or coordinating the work of others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Education: First-level and/or advanced university degree preferred.
• Experience supporting benefits programs across multiple countries or regions.
• Exposure to vendor management or benefits renewals.
• Professional certification related to benefits or human resources.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands
This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and involves frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment. It also requires effective communication in person and through digital channels, occasional movement within the workspace, and handling of light materials (typically under 10 pounds). Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. It may be performed in an office, remote, or hybrid work environment, depending on business needs and applicable work arrangements. Standard working hours apply, though flexibility may be required to accommodate deadlines or collaboration across time zones. Travel may be required depending on business needs.
