Summary:
The Senior Director of Enterprise Marketing is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for unifying Datavant’s marketing efforts across business verticals and driving excellence across the enterprise. This role serves as the connective tissue between central marketing functions and vertical teams, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact in how Datavant shows up in the market. The Director will lead centralized marketing initiatives, including digital and content marketing, marketing operations, creative strategy, and enterprise-level narrative development to strengthen brand awareness, demand generation, and corporate reputation. This individual will work closely with Strategic Communications and Product leadership to drive alignment and accelerate growth in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Datavant’s enterprise marketing strategy in partnership with vertical marketing leads, ensuring alignment and cohesion across business units.
- Drive marketing operations excellence, including systems-level decision-making, process optimization, and website ownership.
- Oversee digital and content marketing strategy to enhance Datavant’s online presence, engagement, and thought leadership.
- Partner with Strategic Communications on external recognition, public company readiness initiatives, and corporate narrative development.
- Lead enterprise-level initiatives for top-of-funnel demand generation, leveraging cross-vertical collaboration to amplify impact.
- Manage creative resources and standards to ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across all materials and channels.
- Serve as a central connector and advisor to marketing teams across verticals, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
- Support Corporate NPS initiatives by aligning marketing efforts with the company’s broader customer experience goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Comms, and Commercial leaders to ensure marketing strategies align with business priorities and enterprise objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, including experience in enterprise or cross-functional roles.
- Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced technology or healthcare technology organizations.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and demand generation.
- Experience managing marketing operations and systems with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed organizations with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of driving strategic alignment across diverse teams.
