Position Summary

Provide administrative and general support to the Practice Manager in the areas of reporting, process improvements, staff scheduling and policy and procedures.

Essential Position Functions

  • Oversee daily schedules and maximize efficiencies. Monitor schedule changes and identify and resolve scheduling errors.
  • Generate and maintain monthly employee staffing schedules and make adjustments when requested by Practice Manager.
  • Support payroll functionality, including approving minor exceptions and ensuring accuracy of staff vacation requests.
  • Facilitate communication to administration in assistance with facility or building repair.
  • Assist with compiling peer feedback and self-assessments for performance reviews.
  • Provide assistance to management team including calendar support, daily administrative tasks, email correspondences and team-building support and coordination.
  • Maintain updated employee profiles, new licenses and registrations.
  • Assist with ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed and that the core values are exemplified throughout the office.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required OR equivalent combination of education and experience which will provide the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. College degree in business or healthcare administration desirable.· Minimum one to three years’ experience in an administrative role supporting mid to upper management preferred.· Experience working in a care advocate role desired.

Expected hourly hiring range for this position depending on experience:
$24$28 USD

Compensation

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.

This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.

Paid Time Off (PTO): Eligible employees will accrue a minimum of 120 PTO hours per employment year in addition to seven paid holidays annually. The Company’s PTO program combines vacation and sick leave, which is more generous than Washington State’s Sick Leave Law. Employees in part-time roles working less than 40 hours per week will accrue PTO on a pro-rated basis.

Physical Requirements

The work is primarily performed while sitting and/or standing, but will require occasional walking, bending, stooping and carrying light items such as papers, books, or other supplies. The incumbent uses a computer and other standard office equipment to complete tasks.
