We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Partnerships on the Gift Card & Flyers team supporting Factor US. This role will focus on growth campaign planning across our package insert program and brand partnership campaigns, aid in the execution of an innovative strategic approach to deliver against acquisition and brand KPIs. In addition to assisting in developing new / existing partnerships, booking campaigns, testing and learning into new areas of offline media, the role involves the management and maintenance of the channel budget, and strategically analyzing performance. You will be a part of the operations from a sales and strategy standpoint, and collaborative in driving revenue for the company through in-box partnerships with other growth-minded companies.

Additionally, the candidate must be a detail oriented, organized self-starter that is comfortable and articulate while communicating with internal teams, agency partners and vendors.

You will....

  • Plan, execute, and manage partnerships for each of our print insert media programs to successfully drive acquisition and brand growth of Factor. This includes managing existing partnerships, onboarding new partners, and analyzing partner campaigns to gauge success.
  • Own the multi-million dollar channel budget: oversee weekly budget steering, quarterly and annual forecasts, and budget allocations.
  • Lead relationships with agency partners (printers, creative, and media agencies) and internal teams to manage all deliverables including plan approvals, performance management, offers, optimizations, creative assets, contracts, forecasting print volumes, QAing and approving all creative proofs.
  • Act as the key point of contact with external agency partners, direct brand partners, and marketing vendors, establishing and maintaining these relationships on behalf of Factor. Lead all strategic and cost negotiations, including RFPs.
  • Partner with our Brand team and creative agency to generate creative briefs, provide creative recommendations and insights that optimize performance, execute and document creative tests, and regularly share key findings to inform initiatives
  • Provide data driven analysis of future performance to identify key campaign learnings and quantifiable business opportunities to improve campaign
  • Build a rigorous test roadmap: establish and execute test and learn agenda, including lift tests and A/B test, capturing learnings and implementing strategic pivots.
  • Oversee campaign setup: contract reviews with legal and partners, finance onboarding, shipping document management and documentation, invoicing and budget reporting.
  • Partner closely with business development, retail media and corporate partnership teams to design and execute cross-channel integrated media campaigns.
  • Leverage AI to automate channel execution, identify areas for strategic innovation or pivots.

You are…

  • A customer acquisition professional with a proven track record in building and scaling paid marketing channels and managing media to KPIs
  • Previous experience in Offline, Print, Package Insert Programs, or Brand Partnerships, managing sizeable budgets
  • A critical thinker—use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Enterprising— seek to take up and start new projects, able to work with speed and agility
  • Strong communicator – comfortable managing communications with external agencies and partners, own cross-functional partnerships internally
  • Creative— challenge conventional methods and open to new ideas
  • Driven for Results— push projects to completion with a sense of urgency
  • Organized – organizational skills, project management skills and ability to multi-task are the foundation of everything you do

At a minimum, you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-6+ years experience in customer acquisition marketing
  • Understanding of media fundamentals, across both offline & digital channels
  • Fluency in performance KPIs such as CAC, CPA, CPM, CVR, LTV
  • Experienced in launching and analyzing A/B Tests
  • Previous agency or brand experience is preferred
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Proficiency with AI (Gemini & Claude) is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication skills with a sharp attention to detail and organization
  • Experienced managing creative reviews for legal and brand compliance
  • Keen interest in and knowledge of emerging trends across the media landscape
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Tableau, third party analytics platforms and media attribution technology/methodologies is a plus
