Voice AI Consultant (Part-Time, Contract)
We are seeking a senior Voice AI subject matter expert to serve as a part-time consultant (≈10 hrs/week). This role is primarily focused on reviewing team work, providing high-level technical feedback, and guiding architectural and product decisions rather than hands-on execution.
You will assess AI systems and workflows, identify gaps or risks, and advise on model performance, system design, and scalability—helping ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.
Requirements
Deep experience building core AI/ML systems from scratch (not just integrations)
Strong background in voice/LLM systems and production deployments
Ability to evaluate, critique, and guide senior engineering teams
Engagement Details
3–6 month contract (performance-based extension)
Flexible, phased involvement (review-heavy, on-demand support)
