What you’ll be working on

Lead seasonal campaign strategy
Own the go-to-market approach for seasonal events and key propositions, ensuring they resonate with brands and customer needs. -
Deliver end-to-end campaign excellence
Manage campaigns from concept to launch, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. -
Create compelling narratives
Develop insight-led collateral and storytelling that clearly communicates the value of each opportunity. -
Drive revenue growth
Identify new opportunities and evolve existing propositions to maximise commercial impact. -
Collaborate cross-functionally
Partner with Sales, Strategy, Insight, Product, and Client Services to deliver integrated campaigns. -
Build strong stakeholder relationships
Work closely with internal teams and Tesco partners to align priorities and ensure delivery against critical paths. -
Improve processes and ways of working
Identify efficiencies and enhance governance, communication, and campaign execution. -
Enable and support sales teams
Provide training, tools, and campaign materials to help teams effectively take propositions to market. -
Manage multiple projects at pace
Balance competing priorities while maintaining high standards in a fast-moving environment
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Strong understanding of media and marketing channels
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
Desirable
- Experience in media, retail media, or marketing environments
- Experience using insights or analytics to inform campaigns
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategy and proposition development
- Experience working with or enabling sales teams
