Head of Accounting and Reporting

We are looking for an experienced finance leader to oversee and strengthen our Accounting, Tax, and Treasury functions across multiple geographies spanning three continents. This role will play a critical part in ensuring strong financial operations, effective controls, compliance, and scalable processes to support the company’s continued growth.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with deep technical expertise and experience managing complex international finance operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, tax, treasury, and cash management activities across multiple international entities and jurisdictions

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across global operations

• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements across multiple countries

• Manage global treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking relationships, FX exposure, and working capital optimization

• Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and finance policies across regions

• Partner with senior leadership on financial planning, operational initiatives, and business performance

• Coordinate and manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities globally

• Drive process standardization, automation, and scalability across international finance operations

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing regional finance teams

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

• Strong expertise across accounting, tax, treasury, and financial controls in multinational environments

• Experience managing finance operations across multiple geographies and legal entities

• Deep understanding of international financial reporting, tax, and compliance requirements

• Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-moving organizations

• Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

• CPA, CA, ACA, or equivalent qualification preferred

• Experience in high-growth, multinational, or private equity-backed businesses is a plus
