As Credit Business Analyst, Growth, you will be responsible for owning a portion of the growth strategy for credit cards. You will work closely with credit, product and operations to execute strategies that will help grow the card customer base.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, or Washington, DC office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do
- Use data, technology, and customer-focused thinking to design initiatives that expand our credit card business.
- Collaborate with partners across product, operations, and engineering to build and run campaigns that drive high response rates for the credit card product.
- Use Net Present Value (NPV) models to design a growth strategy that delivers a resilient mix of customers to the card program.
- Propose novel solutions and gather data independently to solve complex problems.
- Oversee, build, and monitor marketing campaigns, using feedback loops to continuously improve performance.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership, product managers, and engineering partners, tailoring content to the audience and ensuring alignment.
What you bring
- Strong quantitative analytical skills.
- 3-5 years of experience building and leading acquisition and growth initiatives for credit card or other lending products.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, R, or Python (specifically Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Experience growing and scaling credit card programs is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex programs to focus on key areas of improvement.
- Experience with experimentation, including test design, reading results, and communicating insights to guide decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with partners across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Compliance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
