Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex technical projects across our organization. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of software products, and act as a key liaison between engineering, product management, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven Professional Backgroundin managing technical programs from inception to delivery in a senior role
• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts effectively
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Experience with project management tools like Azure DevOps and Jira
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across multiple projects
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and decision-making in ambiguous situations
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
