We are seeking an experienced and licensed Commercial Security & Low Voltage Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced CCTV and networking systems. This role requires running low-voltage cabling, bending conduit, reading blueprints, and configuring network equipment in commercial environments. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers to deliver high-quality installations that comply with all local and federal codes.

### Key Responsibilities:
System Installation: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various commercial CCTV systems.
Cable Infrastructure: Run low-voltage Cat 6 cabling through commercial buildings.
Physical Infrastructure: Install conduit and drill concrete walls as required for cable pathways.
Network Integration: Complete all wiring, setup Main Distribution Frames (MDFs), and troubleshoot network switches.
System Testing: Conduct operational tests and troubleshoot new installations to guarantee functionality.
Compliance Verification: Ensure all systems satisfy customer contracts and meet local, state, and federal codes.
Team Collaboration: Assist Installation Team Leads and Project Managers with schedules and equipment delivery.
### Required Qualifications & Licenses
Licensing: Current, valid state Physical Security license and/or Life Safety license if applicable would be a plus.
Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean record (no DUI/DWI within the last 3 years).
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of cabling infrastructure, blueprints, site maps, and closeout documentation.
Safety Certifications: Certified (or willing to get certified in orientation class) to operate a boom or scissor lift and comfortable working at heights.
