We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, manages competing priorities, and maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- Organize and support executive meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate special projects and assist with event planning as needed.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of priorities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting C-suite executives.
- Project coordination or office management experience.
- Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
What We Offer
Base Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000 Annually
- Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skills and/or location
SMC offers a competitive benefits package, with a 36-hour standard work week, hybrid working arrangement, 13 paid holidays, 100% coverage of medical, health, and dental insurance premiums for our full-time employees, and reimbursement of professional licensing costs.
