Requirements

- Proven experience in a research and development role, preferably within your industry.

- Knowledge of experimental design, data analysis, and project management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
