Intake Specialist (Customer Service Representative - Healthcare)

We are looking for an experienced Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role focuses on guiding patients through the intake process while driving appointments and clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming patient inquiries via phone, email, and SMS with professionalism and empathy
  • Conduct patient intake, collect information, and verify insurance eligibility
  • Schedule consultations and manage follow-ups
  • Educate patients on treatment options and guide them to the next steps
  • Maintain and update CRM and tracking systems
  • Follow up with leads and patients to ensure completion of appointments and continuity of care
  • Support post-treatment check-ins and patient concerns

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in intake, patient coordination, or similar role
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and messaging)
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing pipelines
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable balancing patient care and sales targets
  • Willing to work on site: Ayala, Makati / Clark, Pampanga 

Nice to Have

  • Background in healthcare or mental health settings
  • Familiarity with ketamine, Spravato, or similar treatments
