The Senior Principal, Operations and Insights will lead D-U-N-S Expansion and transformation, orchestrating cross-functional workstreams across product, technology, data operations, corporate communications and customer experience teams globally. This role will serve as the single point of accountability for program execution, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting.
The Senior Principal, Operations and Insights will bring deep experience in enterprise transformation, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder alignment across a complex, matrixed organization. A critical component of this role will be the proactive coordination and alignment across all impacted functions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global transformation programs across all systems, products, and customer touchpoints, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Planning and executing remediation strategies to mitigate risks and ensure continuity, including customer communication plans, support readiness, and operational adjustments.
- Driving cross-functional readiness testing and validation, ensuring that all internal teams and customer-facing functions are fully prepared for each phase of the transformation.
- Establish and manage a comprehensive program governance framework, including executive level reporting, steering committees, workstream leads, and risk management protocols which include providing a regular update to the Enterprise Risk Committee on progress towards overall risk remediation.
- Coordinate impact assessments, remediation planning, and execution across internal systems and customer-facing platforms, including the potential engagement of external vendors to support platform delivery, customer readiness assessments and subsequent remediations.
- Drive alignment and build consensus across cross functional teams including Product, Technology, Data, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Operations to ensure seamless implementation globally.
### Skills Needed
Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business Administration, Technology or related disciplines.
At least 15 years’ leadership experience in pre-sales / solutions consulting/ product management/ project management.
Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
Proven track record of developing strategy and managing all aspects of a global program from planning to execution.
Analytical capabilities, results oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent communication and presentation skill, with experience in dealing with senior management and all levels including across matrix teams
Independent, detailed oriented, and a good team player.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and analytics teams
Ability to proactively translate business goals into product requirements.
