Endpoint Clinical is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the HRBP, will be responsible for providing strategic support and guidance across the business. With a keen ability to navigate the organization and collaborate effectively, this position will consult with employees of all levels, coaching and guiding managers and employees across a spectrum of talent, employee relations and engagement, total rewards, and organizational design. This individual will have experience influencing leaders in a fast paced, high-tech environment, and have the interpersonal savvy required to drive human resource strategies in a complex global workforce.
### Responsibilities:
Engage and influence management to support and implement HR initiatives across APAC, including, but not limited to global workforce in and across the US, India, EMEA and emerging markets globally
Quick to establish deep, trusting relationships and quickly become the go-to person for all things People
Swift to respond to questions, thoughtful and quick to resolve the thorniest of people challenges
Build the business partner relationship with management and staff to understand the business, goals, and challenges; and identify and/or help to address systemic issues
Collaborates with assigned client groups to support initiatives by understanding the organization's objectives, issues, needs, and key success factors. Participates in planning processes and promotes best practices; providing leadership for workforce planning efforts
Pro-actively identifies and addresses human resources challenges and opportunities, which may affect the execution of business plans
Works with the Director, HR and senior management in the development of high quality solutions, action plans, and appropriate metrics, which may include developing effective skills and competency structures, and systems in support of business goals and talent requirements
### Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in a global organization
### Experience:
Experience in a startup with an exceptionally fast paced environment
Experience working within a global organization
Developing and implementing employee engagement strategies and tactics, with an ability to mitigate and lead others to overcome challenges
5+ years’ experience with multiple human resource disciplines, including leadership development, staffing, compensation practices, performance plans, exit/termination process, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity/inclusion, talent management and succession planning.
