Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Support
• Process vendor invoices and bills in NetSuite
• Verify invoice details and supporting documentation
• Maintain vendor files and records
Vendor Management
• Set up and maintain vendor profiles in NetSuite
• Collect and maintain W-9 forms and supporting documents
Month-End Closing Support
• Prepare supporting schedules and reconciliations
• Organize accounting documents for month-end close
Qualifications
• Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
• Accurate data entry and record maintenance
• Document management and organization
• Ability to read and understand written Chinese is required.
