The Role
This is a hands-on Finance Analyst role based in Singapore, supporting the Singapore FP&A and Controlling teams. The role is focused on operational reporting, data analysis, and process automation across APAC, with strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and operational dashboards for Singapore and APAC stakeholders.
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles across APAC, including data consolidation, trend analysis, and planning support.
Build and maintain financial models for supply chain, manufacturing cost, and APAC commercial analysis.
Run ad-hoc analytics for business partners, including pricing analysis, customer profitability, and opex deep dives.
Partner with data and systems teams to improve reporting automation and streamline finance processes.
Support the Singapore month-end close cycle alongside the accounting team, including reporting and analysis deliverables.
Required Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in FP&A, audit, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
CPA, CFA, or MBA.
Experience in hardware, manufacturing, semiconductor, or technology industries.
Exposure to cost accounting, supply chain finance, or commercial finance analysis.
