About the Role
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Upmarket at GlossGenius, you'll own customer discovery and go-to-market strategy for larger service businesses across beauty, wellness, health, and fitness. You'll serve as the point person on GTM to drive growth in this segment - partnering with Marketing, Creative, Product, Sales, Growth, and Strat Ops to drive roadmap decisions, influence marketing and sales strategy, and ensure our messaging resonates across channels. This role is for someone who has navigated the ambiguity of an emerging segment before - you've built the playbook, not just executed it, and you know when to push and when to adapt.
You will report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in an in-person environment. We default to being in-office 3–4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
What You'll Do
- Own the go-to-market strategy for larger, multi-location service business customer segments — from positioning to launch to ongoing iteration, ensuring our messaging resonates and clearly differentiates GlossGenius from competitors
- Build and evolve a funnel with Sales, Product, and Growth that blends PLG motions with direct sales — and define where each works best
- Partner with Strategy & Operations to define success metrics and ICP - pipeline, conversion, ACV, retention
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to surface upmarket-specific pain points, buying behaviors, and emerging trends
- Equip marketing with channel assets that acquire this segment, and arm sales with collateral, case studies, and competitive positioning that closes
- Shape product roadmap decisions based on customer insights, market demands, and competitive gaps - you'll be the voice of the upmarket customer inside the company
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or a related industry
- Proven end-to-end experience taking a company into a larger customer segment
- Deep understanding of sales enablement and competitive positioning that actually moves win rates
- Exceptional ability to drive alignment across marketing, sales, product, and creative
- Data-driven instincts — you make calls based on what the funnel and the customers are telling you, not on what feels right
- You're already building with AI and will bring a demonstrated point of view on how AI can accelerate product marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging
Benefits & Perks
- Flexible PTO
- Competitive health & dental insurance options, with premiums partially covered by GG
- Fertility and adoption benefits via Carrot and Kindbody

- Professional Development — employees receive a yearly stipend for approved learning and educational-related expenses
- Pre-tax commuter benefits
- Dependent Care FSA
- Home office support
- Team Bonding opportunities — as a distributed team, being able to build meaningful bonds both virtually and in person is incredibly important to us! We are constantly evaluating how we accomplish this and currently, teams are given opportunities to gather in person throughout the year
The base salary for this role is between $160,000-180,000 + equity + benefits. The compensation package offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
