We're looking for a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist to own day-to-day social media execution, content creation, and website updates. This role is about keeping our brand presence consistent, organized, and genuinely engaging across key platforms — with a real focus on building traction and growing our audience.

The brand is built around children and families, so we're looking for someone who genuinely connects with that world. If you light up when creating content for young audiences and understand what resonates with kids and parents alike, you'll fit right in with our team.

You'll work closely with a small, close-knit team that values clear communication, positive energy, and good vibes all around. We need someone who can hit the ground running, handle a busy workload without dropping the ball, and bring their own creative ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Maintain a weekly content calendar with assets, captions, posting dates, and priorities
  • Create posts, reels, stories, carousels, captions, flyers, and simple marketing materials
  • Monitor comments and DMs, respond appropriately, and flag anything sensitive to the team
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, saves, clicks/CTR) and share clear, actionable updates
  • Support campaign content for programs, events, launches, and marketing initiatives
  • Assist with website updates — copy edits, link updates, page edits, and basic structural changes
  • Keep the asset library organized and coordinate content deliverables with the team
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and the existing marketing plan

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on social media management and digital marketing experience
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and generating real platform traction
  • Strong understanding of Instagram; working knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Experience creating diverse content: posts, reels, stories, carousels, graphics, and captions
  • Good eye for aesthetics, formatting, visual consistency, and on-brand communication
  • Comfortable reading basic analytics and turning insights into content improvements
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and responsive
  • Prior startup or boutique team experience preferred
  • Reliable internet connection required
