WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead a team of program managers to drive special projects from COO, CS and Marketing activities to ensure on-time delivery of strategic priorities

Support the end-to-end quarterly planning process for the BC, PS, CSM, Customer Health, Marketing organizations, partnering with executive leadership to achieve results

Partner with the release management team to drive BC and CS workstreams on all product, pricing and services launches

Facilitate conversations and drive consensus for complex, ambiguous problems with diverse, sometimes conflicting viewpoints

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, go-to-market teams, product operations, product marketing to understand tasks and deliverables that are essential for launch and drive delivery of those tasks and deliverables

Partner closely with operational teams (e.g., legal, enterprise systems, technical accounting, go-to-market operations) to identify and resolve complex, cross-functional operational issues, often unique to each project
WHO YOU ARE
-
Exceptional collaborator and communicator with an ability to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives
-
Strategic thinker who understands the bigger picture while also being comfortable in the details of deliverables
-
5+ years of experience leading complex programs and projects across GTM processes, release management, and cross-functional business operations.

Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to simplify complex topics, influence outcomes, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders

Experience mentoring team members and team lead responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in or equivalent work experience

Proven ability to excel in the face of ambiguity and responding to changing needs or shifting priorities while minimizing project impact

Ability to work well within time constraints to meet critical business needs
