Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a variety of cold dishes such as salads, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts following Grecotel's recipes and standards
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of cold kitchen ingredients
• Participate in menu development and contribute ideas to enhance the cold kitchen offerings

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in cold kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
• Good team player with effective communication skills
• Passion for high-quality food preparation and a willingness to learn and grow
