Posted 3 days ago
We are looking for a capable and well-organized Legal Paralegal to support the continued growth of our legal function.
We are a fast-moving IT consultancy of around 700 people, providing onsite and managed services to global pharmaceutical and life sciences clients across multiple countries.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys structure, detail, ownership, and working across a broad international legal workload. You will support our senior legal lead by taking ownership of contract administration, legal documentation, trackers, templates, research, and coordination — helping the legal function run smoothly and freeing up senior capacity for complex, high-value matters.
What you will be doing
You will support the legal team across commercial, contractual, compliance, and employment-related matters, including:
- Managing the contract lifecycle: intake, tracking, version control, execution, storage, renewals, and follow-ups.
- Preparing first drafts of standard agreements, NDAs, amendments, and other legal documents from templates for senior review.
- Maintaining and improving the legal template library, clause bank, records, registers, and trackers.
- Conducting first-pass legal and jurisdictional research.
- Supporting due diligence, audits, and compliance reviews by preparing and organising documentation.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel to keep matters moving and deadlines on track.
- Helping build better legal processes as the function continues to grow.
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Paralegal qualification or equivalent practical experience in a legal, in-house, contracts, or legal operations environment.
- Strong organisational skills and genuine attention to detail.
- Confidence working with templates, legal documents, trackers, and clear instructions.
- Ability to take ownership of process, follow up proactively, and bring matters to completion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with shifting priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- English is essential; German or other European languages are a plus.
What you will get
- Broad exposure to commercial contracts, international employment matters, compliance, and legal operations.
- Direct mentorship from a senior legal lead.
- A central role in a legal function that is being built out, with real room to shape how things are done.
- The opportunity to grow your responsibility over time in an international business environment.
If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in developing within an international in-house legal environment, we would be happy to hear from you.
