Interface Specialist

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Interface Specialist to support the management and coordination of interfaces between various project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. The role focuses on ensuring seamless communication and integration to facilitate smooth project execution and prevent delays caused by interface conflicts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving interface issues between disciplines and contractors.
• Maintain and update interface documentation, such as interface registers, matrices, and logs.
• Coordinate interface meetings and communicate interface-related information to relevant parties.
• Support the Interface Manager in interface control and quality assurance activities.
• Monitor progress and report interface status, risks, and potential conflicts.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules and activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of interface management processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 12 years of experience in interface management or project coordination within construction or engineering projects.
• Good knowledge of interface processes and project coordination principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with project management software and documentation tools.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
