This is a customer-facing role with a defined scope — you'll own specific workstreams, support delivery operations, and build the foundational skills to grow into a full Delivery Manager over time.
What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end engagement execution including status reporting, meeting facilitation, risk tracking, and operational coordination
- Work within established delivery standards and guidelines while exercising judgment to address day-to-day project challenges
- Build and maintain working relationships with customer stakeholders, services sellers, architects, and third-party partners
- Facilitate front-line customer interactions, escalating when appropriate to senior DMs or leadership
- Contribute to delivery methodology improvements and lessons learned documentation
- Complete elastic.co training and develop proficiency in our Outcome Based Delivery Methodology
- Support account renewal and expansion efforts through active collaboration with Customer Success and Account Executives
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or project coordination — ideally within a federal or public sector environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and workstreams within a larger project with strong prioritization and time management
- Comfortable facilitating meetings, capturing decisions, and maintaining accountability with customer and internal stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools
- Strong written and verbal communication — able to translate technical context into clear status updates for non-technical audiences
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and able to operate under routine supervision while building toward greater autonomy
- Familiarity with US federal delivery environments, government contracting constructs, or security onboarding processes a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP or Scrum certification a plus
- You take ownership of your workstreams without being told twice
- You're collaborative by default and build trust with customers and teammates quickly
- You thrive in structured environments but can adapt when things change
- You're building toward something — you want to grow into a senior delivery leader and are willing to do the work to get there
