Experience & Industry Background
Technical Skills & Platforms
- Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration platforms such as Rewst, Kaseya, or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience working with IT service management and service desk platforms
- Solid networking fundamentals and troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience with onboarding and offboarding automation processes is highly desirable
- Familiarity with MSP toolsets, service delivery platforms, and operational systems is advantageous
- Strong documentation and process design experience
- Ability to create process maps, workflow documentation, and knowledge base articles
- Experience developing reusable automation frameworks and operational best practices
- Strong focus on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement
