About the Role
The PMO at CoachHub is the operational engine driving our most critical business initiatives. As we evolve our platform and embrace an AI-first approach, we are managing a complex, multi-phased rollout—from internal pilots to client migration.
We need a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to act as the central nervous system for this transformation. You will not just be tracking tasks; you will be driving alignment across Product, Tech, Go-To-Market, and Operations. You will ensure that while Engineering builds, the rest of the business (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal) is perfectly synchronized and ready to launch.

What You Will Be Doing
Drive Tech & Product Delivery: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to track project deliverables, validate ETA feasibility, monitor testing phases, and facilitate formal Go/No-Go milestone reviews.
Orchestrate Business Synchronization: Act as the bridge between technical delivery and broader business readiness, ensuring Marketing, Sales Enablement, Finance, Legal/InfoSec, and Coach Relations hit their dependent milestones.
Manage Governance & SteerCo: Organize and run Steering Committee meetings, lead internal project syncs, and confidently manage escalation paths and leadership communication channels.
Maintain the Single Source of Truth: Own the cross-functional project tracker and RACI matrices, providing timely, scannable, and accurate async updates to the broader business.
Proactive Risk Management: Identify bottlenecks early, raise risks to leadership, and design clear mitigation, contingency, and rollback plans for critical phases like client migrations.
Unblock Teams: Connect the dots between isolated workstreams (e.g., ensuring CSM client customisation requests flow properly to Product, or aligning BI reporting with Finance requirements during dual-platform periods).
Key Stakeholder Alignments
Product & Tech: ETA feasibility, beta testing, Go/No-Go gate criteria, automation migration.
Go-To-Market (Sales & Mktg): Rollout narrative, enablement timelines, pricing scenarios, demo readiness.
Operations (CS, CR, CX): Migration scheduling, Zendesk routing, operational runbooks, pilot coach recruitment, NDA distribution, platform enablement.
Legal, InfoSec & Finance: DPA updates, penetration testing tracking, invoicing sync.
What You Will Need
Clear communication in English as it is our working language.
10+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles, ideally within SaaS, scale-up environments, or complex digital platform migrations.
Proven cross-functional leadership, with a strong track record of aligning Tech/Product teams with Commercial and Operational departments.
Executive presence and the ability to confidently run SteerCo meetings, managing expectations with senior stakeholders.
Exceptional risk assessment skills, with a bias for action when identifying dependencies, blockers, and required contingency plans.
A structured, systems-oriented mindset capable of simplifying massive dependency maps into clear, actionable daily goals for stream owners.
Familiarity with fast iteration cycles and collaborative, non-waterfall environments.
Empathy for your colleagues, an understanding of the pressure points across different departments, and a focus on driving collective business impact.
