About the role
We are looking for a Credit Data & Reporting Analyst to support data processes related to campaign execution, regulatory reporting, and business insights. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to build a career in data, AI-enabled analytics, and digital banking.
As the business continues to expand its focus on lending, our team is positioned for significant growth within the organization. In this role, you will contribute to reporting, campaign data management, and process automation while working with large datasets and modern data platforms. You will also support the use of AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting, automate insights generation, and improve analytical workflows.
You will work closely with teams across marketing, consumer lending, risk, compliance, analytics, and data engineering to ensure accurate reporting, reliable datasets, and actionable insights that support business decisions.
Campaign Data Support
- Assist in data extraction, transformation, and audience segmentation for marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
- Perform validation checks to ensure data accuracy and campaign readiness.
- Coordinate with marketing and tech teams to help streamline campaign data workflows.
Bureau & Regulatory Reporting Support
- Support preparation of periodic regulatory and credit bureau reports in line with local requirements.
- Perform data reconciliation and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and version control of submissions.
- Assist in responding to compliance and audit-related data requests.
AI-Driven Dashboard & Analytics Support
- Assist in designing and maintaining dashboards that monitor campaign performance, portfolio health, and credit risk KPIs.
- Support the use of AI-enabled tools and automated analytics to enhance reporting and insight generation.
- Work with structured and large datasets in Databricks to prepare data for reporting and analysis.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable visualizations for stakeholders.
- Help automate recurring reports and identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
Requirements
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL (Python is a plus)
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with Databricks is an advantage
- Familiarity with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
