Job Purpose
Responsible for managing the Tawfeer Outlets’ budgets and service opportunities, in addition to achieving optimal service levels related to quality, cost and customer satisfaction line with Tawfeer’s Policies & Procedures.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Drive the achievement of sales, profitability, and operational performance targets across all assigned stores by monitoring results and implementing corrective actions when required.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, operational standards, brand guidelines, and customer service excellence across all outlets.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory availability, order fulfillment, cost control, health & safety compliance, and asset maintenance to maximize operational efficiency.
• Analyze business performance, identify opportunities and risks, monitor market and competitor activities, and recommend strategies to improve sales, profitability, and overall store performance.
• Lead, develop, and manage store teams through workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, coaching, and training to build a high-performing workforce.
• Monitor and control budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses while ensuring stores operate within approved financial targets.
• Prepare and present regular business reports, performance analyses, forecasts, and action plans to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
₋ Bachelor Business Administration or related field.
