PH Nurse Clinical Auditor (MDS) | WFH

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Monitor, track, and analyze quality measure performance and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement corrective action plans.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve quality measure scores and patient outcomes.
• Conduct audits and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Interpret quality measure data and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives and performance management activities.
• Stay current with industry regulations, best practices, and quality reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Current and valid PHRN license
• USRN license is a PLUS

• At least 6 months of Bedside/Clinical experience
• Must be knowledgeable with MDS (Minimum Data Set)
• Quality measures experience is a PLUS
• Strong knowledge of prehospital patient care protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good Verbal and Written English Communication Skills​
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Must be residing within GMA (Greater Manila Area)
• Willing to work on shifting schedule.
