Reporting to the Sales and Account Manager Team Lead.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver on Marketplace sales and selection targets focused on 3rd party seller acquisition, growth and retention, by:
- Creating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline with focus on key strategic sellers
- Recruiting new sellers and maximising results of existing sellers
- Building lasting seller relationships
- Driving the success of sellers by actively increasing and retaining sales and product selection
- Exceeding sales goals
- Travelling within South Africa (Monthly)
- Work closely with Category Managers to drive product assortment in line with the category selection strategy
- Create executable actions by managing data

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 - 5 years solution sales experience, preferably in the retail and/ software solutions industry
- Experience presenting to senior managers & the C-suite
- Proven track record of delivering results
- Competence in Excel
- Experience in an e-commerce environment is a plus
