What you'll be doing

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Help manage and track sick leave submissions: logging medical certificates in Workday within 48 hours, updating payroll via the injection file, and tracking prévoyance eligibility

  • Support the Forfait Jours tracking

  • Maintain and update the Registre Unique du Personnel at the end of each month

  • Keep all visa information and ensure the Registre Unique du Personnel reflects accurate visa status

  • Assist in ensuring our compliance is up to date according to French labour law (CBA policies: Syntec & Sociétés Financières, DUERP actions, occupational health…)

  • Support audit and any regulatory filings

  • Manage Workday: process time-off approvals, WFE requests, probation reviews, and basic employee profile updates


Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics: background checks, file the DPAE, register new joiners for benefits,

  • Schedule and coordinate the first-day programme (office tour, IT setup, People induction) and keep the onboarding/offboarding Slack channel updated

  • Send post-first-week surveys and track results to continuously improve the onboarding experience

  • Support offboarding processes


Payroll Support

  • Assist with the monthly payroll cycle: compile transport reimbursements from Google Sheets, prepare the injection file, and liaise with the payroll provider

  • Coordinate the Swile meal voucher order every 25th of the month

  • Support the payroll provider transition by documenting current processes and flagging discrepancies


Employee Relations & Experience

  • Be the first point of contact for day-to-day employee questions in French (leave policies, benefits, Workday queries, CIAMT occupational health appointments, etc.)

  • Support HR documents in French including invitation letters, employment certificates, and contract amendments

  • Participate in 1-to-1 meetings with employees to gather feedback and support engagement initiatives

  • Assist with exit interviews and leaver administration


Workplace Experience Support

  • Help coordinate office events: breakfasts, happy hours, community celebrations, themed events

  • Support the Paris office visitor registration & welcome and maintain the office events calendar

  • Assist with safety documentation: maintain the registre de sécurité and support safety training scheduling

  • Support the Site Leaders programme: help coordinate the quarterly Town Hall, Culture Committee logistics, and Brown Bag sessions

What we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled in an HR apprenticeship programme (Bac+3 to Bac+5) with an apprenticeship agreement from school.

  • Fluent in French and a good level of English as our People Team works in English

  • Curious, rigorous, and comfortable with administrative detail

  • Comfortable with (or eager to learn) tools like Workday, Google Suite, and Slack

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment
