Senior Business Analyst & QA Specialist, Fintech

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / QA Specialist to support the design and delivery of fintech digital products. This role connects business needs, customer experience, product design, compliance-aware requirements, and quality assurance to help deliver secure, intuitive, and reliable digital financial services.

The ideal candidate has experience working on banking, payments, lending, onboarding, KYC, account management, or other regulated digital financial products. They should be comfortable translating complex business and operational requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and test scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and regulatory-aware requirements for fintech digital products.
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Translate financial product concepts into user stories, acceptance criteria, customer journeys, process flows, and supporting documentation.
• Review UX/UI designs and prototypes to ensure alignment with business rules, customer needs, operational flows, and risk controls.
• Support the definition of digital journeys such as onboarding, identity verification, account opening, payments, lending, servicing, and customer support.
• Plan and execute QA activities across web and mobile digital financial products.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, regression test suites, and UAT documentation.
• Perform functional, usability, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
• Validate that delivered features meet requirements, design specifications, business rules, and quality standards.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, release readiness, and go-live preparation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working on fintech, digital banking, payments, lending, onboarding, KYC/KYB, AML-related workflows, or regulated financial services products.
• Strong understanding of digital product design, UX/UI workflows, agile delivery, and QA practices.
• Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, test cases, and defect reports.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Figma.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps in requirements, user journeys, business logic, and edge cases.
• Good understanding of secure, compliant, and customer-friendly digital financial experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work across business, product, design, engineering, QA, and compliance teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with digital account opening, card products, core banking, loan origination, or payment platforms.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Experience with accessibility, design systems, usability testing, or service blueprinting.
• Understanding of PSD2/Open Banking, SEPA payments, customer due diligence, or financial crime prevention workflows.
• Exposure to automation testing concepts.
