We are looking for a talented and experienced Strategy & Innovation Associate (UAE National) who will support the Director in research, analysis, and coordination of enterprise-level strategic and innovation initiatives. The associate will be highly analytical and intellectually curious with structured exposure to corporate strategy, market positioning, and enterprise growth initiatives within a technology-driven environment. This role is structured as a development pathway for future strategy and growth leadership positions within the organization, providing exposure to enterprise-level strategic initiatives and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Research & Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research, industry scans, and competitive benchmarking.
- Support preparation of strategic landscape assessments and trend analysis reports.
- Track macroeconomic trends, analyst insights, and competitor movements.
- Assist in developing structured strategy presentations and executive summaries.
- Analyst & Ecosystem Support:
- Support coordination of analyst engagements (Gartner, IDC, Forrester, etc.).
- Compile research summaries and briefing notes for leadership.
- Assist in drafting positioning materials and industry engagement documents.
- Track key industry events and ecosystem developments.
- Innovation & Growth Support
- Assist in evaluating new service opportunities and adjacent market expansion areas.
- Support development of structured business case inputs and financial assumptions.
- Conduct preliminary research on partnership and expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs for strategic initiatives.
- Strategic Initiatives & Corporate Support
- Support strategic initiatives in collaboration with the CEO Office and Group Strategy team.
- Assist in research and coordination related to inorganic growth and potential M&A opportunities.
- Contribute to market intelligence development and competitive positioning analysis.
- Support preparation of briefing materials for analyst, consultant, and regulatory engagements.
- Executive Presentation Support
- Prepare structured PowerPoint slides and executive-level summaries.
- Translate research findings into clear, concise, insight-driven narratives.
- Support scenario analysis and data consolidation for leadership updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- 1- 3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, research, analytics, or similar analytical roles.
- Internship exposure to strategy, finance, corporate development, or technology sectors is advantageous.
- Experience in PowerPoint-intensive roles preferred.
- Strong research and structured analytical capability.
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation storytelling skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication ability.
- High attention to detail and organizational discipline.
- Ability to work independently with guidance.
- Curiosity about technology, cybersecurity, and market dynamics.
