About the Role
Coworker is seeking a Front Desk & Marketing Executive to serve as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of the space. This role combines customer service, community engagement, administrative coordination, and communication to ensure a seamless experience for Coworker members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Experience
- Welcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and support.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain a welcoming atmosphere within the space.
- Support the onboarding process for new members and guests.
- Handle workspace and meeting room inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
Operations & Booking Management
- Manage meeting room and workspace bookings and maintain accurate booking records.
- Coordinate schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Track inquiries, leads, and pending bookings through organized reporting tools.
- Support the planning and execution of events, meetups, and community activities when required.
Communication & Marketing Support
- Respond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp, social media, and other customer inquiries.
- Assist with customer communication across multiple channels.
- Support the promotion of events, workshops, and community initiatives.
- Capture basic content during events and assist with community engagement activities.
- Escalate partnership opportunities or critical customer issues to the relevant stakeholders.
Facility Management & Reporting
- Monitor the overall presentation, cleanliness, and functionality of the space.
- Identify and report maintenance or operational issues related to internet, furniture, air conditioning, supplies, or customer experience.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when necessary.
- Prepare regular operational and maintenance reports.
Community Engagement
- Support the growth and engagement of the Coworker community.
- Encourage participation in events and ecosystem activities.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve the member experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Interest in startups, coworking spaces, events, or community building is an advantage.
