Your Mission:

Werde Teil unseres dynamischen Marketing- und Kommunikationsteams und unterstütze uns bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen sowie PR-Aktivitäten, um unsere Vertriebsaktivitäten zu stärken und die Markenbekanntheit auszubauen. Als Werkstudent:in (all genders) hast du die einmalige Gelegenheit, praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Marketing, PR und Kommunikation zu sammeln und gleichzeitig an spannenden Projekten in einem dynamischen Umfeld mitzuwirken.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Inhalten für digitale Kanäle (Website, Social Media, Newsletter, Präsentationen).

• Mitarbeit in der internen und externen Kommunikation, einschließlich der Erstellung von Artikeln und Pressemitteilungen.

• Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von digitalen und Offline-Marketingkampagnen, z. B. in den Bereichen Social Media, E-Mail-Marketing und Content-Erstellung.

• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Inhalten für Werbematerialien wie Broschüren, Präsentationen, Social-Media-Posts und Newsletter.

• Durchführung von Recherchen zur Identifizierung von Branchentrends und neuen Marketingmöglichkeiten, die in unsere Strategien einfließen können.

• Beitrag zur Social-Media-Strategie des Unternehmens durch die Betreuung von Followern sowie die Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen.

Your Profile:

• Laufendes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft, Eventmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.

• Großes Interesse an Marketing, PR und Markenkommunikation.

• Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Marketing-Software und -Tools wie Google Analytics, CRM-Systemen und Marketing-Automatisierungsplattformen.

• Erfahrung mit Design-Tools (z. B. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) von Vorteil.

• Vertrautheit mit Social-Media-Plattformen und grundlegenden Marketing-Analysen.

• Kreatives Denken mit ausgeprägten Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und strategischem Mindset.

• Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten und mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen.

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
