As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Success Manager to support the successful delivery of services to key clients and act as a central coordination point between clients and internal operational teams.
This is a relationship focused operational role suited to someone who enjoys working across teams, solving problems, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving service delivery outcomes in a fast paced environment.
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to perform your role from home anywhere on the East Coast of Australia.
