### Your skills & experiences:
Proven experience in strategic Product Management, Growth, Business Development, or Commercial roles in a digital environment.
Strong understanding of digital product growth mechanics, monetisation models, and customer lifecycle management.
Experience working closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Engineering teams.
Proven success in scaling products, partnerships, or revenue streams.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills;
Strong business acumen with experience in defining KPIs, analysing funnels, and driving measurable growth outcomes.
Entrepreneurial attitude and ownership mentality.

- Define and execute product growth strategies by identifying new revenue streams, market expansion opportunities, and lead initiatives across the full user lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation).
- Drive product positioning, GTM strategy, and launch execution while directly supporting sales and partnership teams with product expertise.
- Translate client needs, business goals, and competitive insights into actionable product improvements, ensuring ongoing development aligns with scalability requirements and market differentiation.
- Build strategic relationships with key enterprise clients
- Partner seamlessly with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams to prioritise and orchestrate growth-impacting initiatives.
- Own the experimentation process (including A/B testing and funnel optimisation) by analysing KPIs, customer behaviour, and market trends to drive continuous innovation.
