Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining efficient office workflow and supporting day-to-day administrative functions, including:

- Greeting and assisting customers, visitors, and employees
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Providing professional customer service in person and over the phone
- Filing and maintaining office records
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Running occasional office errands
- Assisting with general administrative duties

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $18 - $20

• Strong Communication Skills
• Attention to detail
• Computer Skills
