SharePoint Application Engineer | Hybrid - Manila

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom SharePoint applications and solutions according to client requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint sites and applications to improve functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance, functionality, and integration.
• Develop workflows, custom web parts, and features using SharePoint Framework, PowerShell, and related technologies.
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met within SharePoint environments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members regarding SharePoint best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest SharePoint developments and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SharePoint development and administration, preferably SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, and REST APIs.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Power Automate, and Power Apps is a plus.
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate in a hybrid work environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of SharePoint Administrator experience.
• Strong knowledge of: 
• SharePoint Hub model
• Security groups and permission management
• Custom access configurations
• Templates and site provisioning
• Hands-on experience with PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and information security principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
