To lead and manage end-to-end beverage production operations within a Manufacturing and FMCG environment, ensuring operational efficiency, consistent product quality, safety compliance, and cost control, while aligning production with business demand and driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and oversee daily production operations to deliver against volume, quality and cost targets.
  • Overview production plans aligned with demand forecasts and supply chain requirements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, FSSC and internal quality standards across all production lines.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving OEE, reducing downtime and eliminating waste.
  • Lead, coach and develop production teams, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture.
  • Partner with Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and optimal plant performance.
  • Drive cost efficiency through effective utilisation of labour, materials and utilities.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental standards and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across all production processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Commercial) to ensure seamless execution across the value chain.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Science or related field.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in FMCG, beverage or food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, Lean manufacturing, GMP and HACCP systems.
  • Proven experience managing large teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
