The Impact of a Talent Experience Specialist at Coupa:
The TalentĀ Experience Specialist is a key driver of organizational culture and professional development, responsible for providing essential operational and programmatic support for our career growth and employee recognition initiatives. This Specialist role supports both career growth and employee recognition by serving as the operational backbone of our experience initiativesā administrating internal program frameworks and vendor partner platforms like LinkedIn Learning and oversees the seamless execution of our employee recognition programs. This role requires a blend of expertise in career growth and employee recognition and the ability to influence and partner with senior executives to cultivate a high-impact leadership culture
Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Talent Experience and partnering predominantly with the Sr Talent Experience Manager, responsible for cultivating the Career Experience platform at Coupa, the Career Experience Specialist is responsible for supporting various career learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning), the day-to-day management and administration of employee-driven recognition initiatives, and for capturing the analytics and data outputs of these programs. The Specialist ensures that growth and culture programs are well-coordinated, clearly communicated, and easily accessible to all employees.
