Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Support:
- Handle maintenance and update up to level 2 requests from the ticketing system
- Assist in the development of simple dashboards or visualizations to communicate key data points effectively
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and fulfill reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to data analysis and reporting activities
Data Gathering & Maintenance:
- Gather and organize data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant systems
- Data Maintenance: Perform basic data cleaning and deduplication tasks
- Identify and resolve minor data inconsistencies.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Create and maintain reports using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and basic reporting tools
- Utilize intermediate Excel/Google Sheets functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables) for data analysis
- Create basic charts and graphs (bar charts, pie charts, line graphs) to visualize data
- Prepare and present data findings in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 0 - 1 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
- Strong skills in basic Excel functions (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic charts)
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, including the Query function
- Basic data cleaning, deduplication, and validation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Ability to identify and resolve basic data-related issues
- Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
