Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Contact patients regarding outstanding copays and balances in a professional and courteous manner (soft collections).
• Collaborate with front office staff and agents to support overall billing and collection efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements in the system.
• Meet or exceed performance goals related to collections and customer satisfaction.
• Handle sensitive patient financial data with discretion and integrity.

Requirements

• At least 1 year BPO experience (Collections)

• Healthcare experience is a PLUS
• With email support experience
• Excellent verbal & written English skills
• Basic MS tools knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Amenable working onsite in Makati
• Willing to work night shifts
