Role Overview:
Support the legal team with research, documentation, organizing, tracking, and basic operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries.
- File and organize contracts and legal documents.
- Assist in managing the legal database.
- Assist in contract tracking and lifecycle tasks.
- Support litigation preparation and document collection.
- Assist in regulatory filing preparation under supervision.
- Provide general administrative support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Law, Business, or related field.
- 0-6 months of experience.
