Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to manage day-to-day human resources activities across the employee lifecycle. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, support recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Mediate workplace issues and promote a respectful environment.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviewing, offers). Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding.
  • Saudi Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all HR practices align with Saudi Labor Law, including contract issuance, probation periods, annual leave, end-of-service benefits (EOSB), and GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) submissions.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee files (physical and digital). Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, promotions, and other official correspondence.
  • Payroll Support: Collect and verify attendance, overtime, leaves, and deductions; coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
  • Performance Management: Support the annual performance review cycle, track KPIs, and assist managers with development plans.
  • Policy Implementation: Help develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies aligned with company values and local regulations (including Qiwa, Qiwa Platform compliance).
  • Government Portals: Manage transactions on GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Ministry of Human Resources (e.g., work permits, visa renewals, dependent updates, contract registration).

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–5 years in an HR role (HR Officer, HR Generalist, or similar) within Saudi Arabia.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Saudi Labor Law Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Ministry portals.
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and government online platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, confidentiality, organization, and cultural awareness.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP certification
  • Experience with ERP/HRMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or local solutions.
