Parts Counter Representative

Audi Pacific is hiring an Entry-Level Parts Counter Representative and is willing to train the right candidate! Experience with Jiffy Lube, AutoZone, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Napa Auto Parts, or similar retail parts/service environments is highly preferred. Responsibilities

As a Parts Counter Representative, you will be responsible for providing and selling vehicle parts and accessories to customers both over the counter, through the shop, and on the phone, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.
• Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
• Pull and fill orders from stock verifying accuracy and inventory levels.
• Assist in maintaining perpetual inventories.
• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Preferred Automotive parts or retail parts experience (e.g., Jiffy Lube or AutoZone), but not required.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Compensation

• The estimated hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00.
